The Woods at Garden Walk Apartments is celebrating its summer of success for being 90% occupied. If you have received a post card with a WIN A FREE APPLE IPAD you have been pre-selected to participate this drawing.
Be one of the first ones to enter to win! There will be one winner for every 250 entries received! Drawing entries can be completed on the following page by taking a short survey. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete.
To double your chances to win, personally visit The Woods at Garden Walk Apartments located at 852 Garden Walk Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30349 and receive a community tour.
All drawing entries must be received by Tuesday, August 31, 2010 by 5:00 PM EST.
Official Drawing Rules
A drawing entry means you have completed and submitted the survey on the following page according to the rules set forth herein.
Only current residents of addresses on cards mailed in this promotion are eligible to participate.
All blanks on the following survey form marked with an asterisk (*) must be accurately completed.
Click Submit button to send your entry to The Woods. You may also call or personally visit The Woods in order to submit your entry.
Accepted drawing entries will be placed in drawing pools of 250 or less depending on the number of entries received.
Each drawing pool will have a separate drawing. Each drawing will result in one winner.
A public drawing will be held at The Woods at Garden Walk Apartments located at 852 Garden Walk Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30349 on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 5:30PM EST. Attendance is not required.
The Woods at Garden Walk shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, or late entries.
No payment or proof of purchase is necessary to win.
Validation:
Phone numbers listed on the survey will be called within two weeks of receipt.
If we are unable to reach you by phone within two weeks, your entry will not be accepted.
We must reach you at one of the phone numbers listed to qualify your drawing entry.
Adding more phone numbers will increase the likelihood of our reaching you on time.
Identification of current resident address will be required.
Winning entries will be checked against our mailing list. You must have received a post card in the mail addressed to your apartment unit with the iPAD offer.
We suggest you keep your post card to assist in validation.
Prizes Awarded & Delivery:
Each winner shall receive an Apple gift certificate for the current model Apple iPAD 16G (Apple Model MB292LL/A). Sales tax is included.
If present at The Woods public drawing, winners will receive an Apple gift certificate for an Apple iPAD at that time.
If not present, winners will be notified by phone and/or email.
The Apple gift certificate may be picked up at The Woods during office hours only, Monday through Friday.
Gift certificates will be held for each winner for ten business days from date and then withdrawn. Another winner will then be drawn from the same drawing pool. The same pickup conditions apply.
Employees, principals and their immediate families connected with The Woods or its parent companies are not eligible to win.
Additional Conditions:
Drawing participants shall hold Woods Apartments, LLC, and its owners, employees, parent companies harmless for any injuries, losses or damage of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or participation in the drawing.
Entrants consent to the use of contact information provided for future solicitations from The Woods.
