You can now pay your rent, application fees or any other fees required for your move-in all online! If you have any questions, please feel free to call the office at 770-996-5252, so that a member of our staff can assist you further. The name on the credit card being used must be the name of one of our current Residents. You cannot use someone else's credit card to make a payment associated with your account.

Not many apartment communities offer you the convenience of paying your rent online. In keeping with our efforts to bring you the most recent updates in online rental payments; our management team has decided to bring to you a better way to pay.

Pay Rent Online
For this feature, you will need to know the total amount due on your account. Please be sure to include your apartment number when making your payment.





Late Fees
If you are a current Resident and have late fees to pay on your account or other fees such as a fine that you received, please use this feature to make a payment. Please contact the Office before making your payment to make sure you have the correct amount due at this time.





Application Fee
The application is $50.00 and is non-refundable as it is associated with processing your application. Please include a phone number where you can be reached when you make your payment so that we can let you know that we have received it.





Apartment Reservation Fee
Reserve your apartment today! We will hold an apartment for you during your application process and use the reservation fee as a credit towards your first month's rent payment!  The cost to reserve your apartment today is $100.00  If you pay the reservation fee and your application is declined, you will receive a full refund.





Pet Fee
If you have already contacted the Office to let the Staff know that you are bringing a pet into our community and your pet has been approved, you can pay your pet fee with this feature.  Your Pet Deposit will be a different payment, you will need to call the Office at 770-996-5252 in regards to making your Pet Deposit.  The Pet Fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable.




Miscellaneous Items
Use this option to make a payment for a miscellaneous item that is not listed above. Be sure to contact the office at 770-996-5252 before making your payment to ensure that you are paying the correct amount. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the leasing office.
