We can customize our floor plans to meet your needs. For example, we can enlarge a 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment into a 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home. A Resident living alone can have a master bathroom and a guest bathroom in their hall. Our 3 bedroom apartment typically comes with 2 bathrooms. We can enlarge this floor plan to include an additional bathroom. Adding space to enlarge your apartment is a quality that sets us apart from the rest!
Energy Efficient Apartments
We have been awarded with the "Good Cents Award" from Georgia Power meeting their construction standards for ensuring our homes are energy efficient. Having company in town for the weekend and don't want them cramped in your apartment? Let your family and friends remain comfortable during their visit by staying in our VIP Suite. Like a hotel, the Suite is complete with cozy furniture in the living room, a dining room table that is prepared for a meal, along with a beds in our sizable bedrooms with fresh linens.
