In March of 2009, we announced to our Residents that we would begin
to receive online rent payments at no cost to the Resident.
This is just another value added feature to ensure the peace of mind for
our Residents. Residents can be on vacation, at work,
wherever they can receive an internet connection to make
their rent payments online.This new feature is not limited to current Residents, new or future Residents can also submit their application and make the application payment all online. Future Residents can also pay pet or reservation fees as well.
As of September 2009, we would like to report that we have collected almost $35,000.00 in online rent payments! This number is still going strong as our websites have reported to have received over 41,000 hits on the sites for the third quarter of 2009.
Together, the Staff as a team, and the Residents as a community continue to help grow our online presence one mouse click at a time!
